**About the Role**:

- Maintain and record equipment calibrations; monitor equipment maintenance and inventory/supplies
- Verify/calibrate and maintain flow meters, pressure devices, level systems, water analytical equipment, temperature sensors, and other related field or process equipment using various electronic and calibration equipment or others as identified.
- Conduct meter verification and calibrations on all mechanical water meters, electronic flow meters based on electromagnetic principles, ultrasonic transit time, ultrasonic Doppler, open-channel instruments, level and pressure systems.
- Complete outside field service including on-site installations, start-ups and commissioning
- Participate in engineered solutions quality control inspections and testing
- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues
- Prepare field service reports following company processes and timelines
- Provide input and consult on designs
- Complete on-site equipment maintenance
- Complete on-site equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Participate with in-house assembly and construction activities when time/schedule permits
- Maintain company provided field service tooling, equipment and vehicles in good working order and condition.
- Maintain Inventory of required shop supplies and spare parts on service vehicle as required.
- Responsible to participate in other related field studies such as:

- Water Resource Monitoring
- Water Loss studies
- General data acquisition studies
- Pressure and flow monitoring programs
- Fire flow and ‘c’ factor testing programs
- Acoustic leak detection, District Metering areas and IWA Water Audits
- May be required to participate in other services such as Water and Sewer Flow Monitoring
- All other duties as assigned

**Required Experience**:

- Instrumentation Certification
- Minimum 1-years of Flow/Pressure/Level or Water/Wastewater treatment experience
- Basic understanding of fundamental electrical, instrumentation, and process control principles
- Basic understanding of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components
- Understanding of Lock-out Tag-out, WHMIS, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Traffic Control and First Aid

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
