This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Etobicoke

**What You’ll Do Here**
- Collaborate with estimators to understand procurement needs and project timelines.
- Identify potential suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and availability of materials and services.
- Source/suggest options to maximize savings to create bidding advantages.
- Request and analyze quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement/bidding activities, including contracts, subcontractor contracts, and supplier information.
- Stay compliant with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- prepare project sourcing package to project procurement team upon award.
- Ensure that procurement activity is ethical and adheres to the Project Procurement Policy.
- Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Supply Chain Management Certification preferred.
- Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellence in excel.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers is a plus.
