Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer multi-line switchboard and deal with, or direct all phone calls in a professional manner
- Handle any issue a customer may require pertaining to billing or service for all customers, in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Manage time-sensitive administrative and data entry tasks
- Complete daily reporting and data entry regarding the routes with the support of the Route Supervisor
- Perform additional administrative duties as required

**Knowledge, Skills & Competencies**:

- At least 2 years combined customer service experience in a call center and/or office environment
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
- Exceptional computer skills and competency
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Conflict Resolution is key to the position
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer orientated environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be flexible and dependable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in difficult situations
