BRP has recently deployed the industry leading ServiceNow enterprise service management platform. Initially going live with IT Business Management and some of the IT Service Management modules, this platform is expected to grow and increase adoptions across other modules over the coming years (IT Operations Management, Service Portal, etc).

**ABOUT THE SERVICENOW CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (CoE)**:
The ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE) is to be put in place and is a one-stop-shop for Digital Transformation services using the ServiceNow Platform. Its team delivers high-quality services on the ServiceNow platform based on best practices and proven solutions, where qualified personnel and transparent processes ensure a seamless user experience.

The CoE team supports changing business needs after implementation. Deliver ongoing improvement and maintenance service of ServiceNow implementation including upgrades and managed services.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The CoE Lead is an experienced leader with a depth of experience in ServiceNow and can take on both technical and process assignments. The CoE Lead has a background of deep technical know-how, business operations, and consulting experience. Possesses intellectual curiosity, out of the box thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work/influence across multiple stakeholder groups from various regions around the globe.

Under the responsibility of the platform owner, this role is accountable to manage and lead the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE) team and capabilities within the Information System & Technology (IS&T) department with the primary objective of ensuring BRP continues to derive value from the investments to the platform in line with BRP’s roadmap and digital strategy. The CoE team will be overall accountable for the service management and operations, demand and delivery management, security and compliance (SOX).

Your main duties

Supporting the creation of the overall roadmap and shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption

Support the Platform owner who has ownership and oversight of the ServiceNow instances, the core platform team, and any escalations

Ensure that the ServiceNow work groups master data is up to date

Ensure the right processes are developed to improve and streamline the teams' tasks

Ensure the appropriate quality control processes (SOX, Privacy, Security and audits) are in place and adhered to.

Accountable for the patching, upgrades and health of the ServiceNow platform.

Accountable for the Business-As-Usual (BAU) services for ServiceNow to ensure suppliers/integrators deliver and meet contractual SLAs and obligations.

Ensure alignment to agreed BRP’s IT Service Management processes (based on ITIL framework)

Develop KPIs and metrics to measure and report progress.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent project experience

Leadership skills with proven management experience in driving implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions

Knowledge in working with IT Service Management tools - ServiceNow

Knowledge of the ITIL framework

Process management / process improvement experience.

Can communicate, engage, and navigate on all levels within the organization

Flexible in reacting to a dynamic environment and thus able to lead your team as priorities emerge

Resourceful and able to work independently

Has a positive behavior and attitude while being comfortable around different kinds of personalities
