**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Ensure that every change complies with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) standards as documented.
Lead CAB meetings when required.
Provide process support to various teams and stakeholders globally.
Ensure ongoing training for various stakeholders on the process, types of changes, documentation, and tools available to them.
**Carry out post-implementation review of changes**: ensure that documentation standards are respected, that time slots and closing status are in line with the facts.
Act as a resource person in BRP's global change process.
Implement the change and deployment process using ServiceNow in collaboration with global teams.
Ensure optimal use of available tools by all stakeholders.
Participate in the development of the operational dashboard and KPIs for this process in order to measure its performance and make any necessary adjustments.
Keep documentation up to date and communicated.
Deliver a customer experience that meets expectations at all times.
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
5 years of experience in an IT department is required.
Bilingual in French and English.
Thoroughness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
The ability to provide customer support in a professional manner.
A process-oriented person that has experience with ITIL concepts would be an asset.
Highly motivated and autonomous.
The ability to work with technical and company staff.
The ability to work in a team.
