The ideal analyst should have significant experience in IT Service management and IT business management, as well as expertise in CMDB, ITAM, SAM integrations, and infrastructure management. They should have a proven track record of success in managing complex IT environments and leading projects and service delivery. Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities are also essential in this role, as the analyst will need to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development and evolution of ITSM and ITBM solutions in accordance with ITIL processes, including incident, request, change, program, and service portal management.

Train and educate team members on ITSM processes and methodologies to ensure all users understand and adhere to enterprise solutions.

Conduct research on industry standards and best practices to drive optimization on the ITBM and ITSM modules.

Manage and maintain the self-service portal, service catalog, workflows, catalog items, and UI pages to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery.

Provide leadership to better understand the functional and non-functional requirements for IT service delivery, including the development of roadmaps for the evolution of the ITSM and ITBM solution portfolio.

Serve as a liaison and first point of contact between the company and ITSM vendors, including ServiceNow, and contribute to supplier negotiations for new contracts or renewals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent project experience.

Minimum of five years experience in information systems

Leverage the experience of the ServiceNow ITBM and ITSM suites

Required experience includes advanced knowledge, understanding and implementation experience of ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, IT Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery and Service Catalog solutions, best practices and industry trends.

Experience in business relationship management and project management is an asset

Professional experience in a large global organization utilizing internal and external IT services and working with standard global processes and a business-driven IT services environment

Has a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong complex problem solving skills.

ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or v4) *prefered
