**You will be responsible for ensuring that our office is able to achieve their goals** by assisting the sales and marketing departments, mailing, and preparing documents and packets; handling the day-to-day invoicing and member onboarding functions of the business; scheduling, organizing and preparing for meetings with our office team; ordering office supplies, sales literature, and putting systems in place to ensure the smooth operation of the office as a whole. And having fun doing it

**High value activities include**:

- **Drive success of all Membership events**: Your role involves ensuring that Membership events are successful. Collaborate with the team to achieve this goal.
- **Develop close relationships with Members**: Building strong connections with Members is essential. This helps drive engagement and loyalty within the program.
- **Building community through managing Peer to Peer weekly groups**: As part of community-building, you’ll oversee Peer to Peer groups, including matching members. These groups foster interaction and support.
- **Facilitate Monthly Membership Days**: You’ll be responsible for organizing and facilitating monthly Membership Days. These events likely involve workshops, networking, or other activities.
- **Drive Guest registration**: Encourage both existing Members and external marketing efforts to bring in new Guests. Attracting Guests is crucial for program growth.
- **Finding and managing sponsors**: If there isn’t a Sponsorship Manager, you’ll take on the responsibility of securing sponsors for each event. Sponsors contribute to the program’s success.
- **Arrange Monthly Membership Day agenda**: Plan the agenda for each Monthly Membership Day in collaboration with the team. Ensure it aligns with program goals.
- **Confidence in the public eye**: As a representative of the program, being comfortable in public settings is important.
- **Maintain certification in required training programs**: Stay up to date with relevant training to excel in your role.
- **Effective time management and prioritization**: Juggling various tasks requires efficient time management skills.
- **Keeping the Firm Office Team in Alignment**: Focused and Motivated for the Common Goal.
- **Enforcing the Firm Office Team**: Be on Time and present for upcoming events, seminars, meetings.
- **CRM, Customer tracking**:ensuring all coaches are accountable for this system. Assisting community members in onboarding and set up.
- **Member Survey’s & Satisfaction**: Ensure all members are getting results and massive value.

**Skills and Experience**
- **Membership or Events Background**: Demonstrated impact within a closed-user group.
- **Friendly and Open Communication Style**: An approachable demeanor.
- **Results-Oriented**: Driven by KPIs and goals.
- **Organized and Deadline-Driven**: Structured work approach.
- **Self-Management and Team Collaboration**: Ability to work independently and as part of a productive team.
- **Microsoft Suite Experience**: Proficiency in Word and intermediate Excel.
- **Minimum 2 Years in Similar Role**: Relevant experience.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with SharePoint, HubSpot, and Go High Level CRMs.
- **Adaptability**: Previous roles in small businesses, understanding flexible role demands.
- **Post Education**:Business or related experience an asset

Salary $50,000 to $55000 Plus Retention Bonus
