About Us:
RIFAC Events Corporation is dedicated to promoting cultural heritage and fostering talent through our Bhangra Academy. We aim to inspire individuals of all ages to embrace the vibrant art of Punjabi folk dance, Bhangra. As part of our growing team, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Bhangra Coach to lead classes and mentor students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct engaging Bhangra classes for students of various ages and skill levels.
- Teach authentic Bhangra steps, choreography, and techniques while incorporating creative elements.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve students’ skills and confidence.
- Choreograph routines for performances, competitions, and cultural events.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and cultural appreciation among students.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and energetic learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academy team to organize showcases, competitions, and community events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in Bhangra dancing and choreography, with a strong understanding of traditional and modern styles.
- Prior experience as a dance coach or instructor is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to perform their best.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Passion for preserving and promoting Punjabi culture.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in performing at Bhangra competitions or cultural festivals.
- Ability to work with diverse age groups, including children and adults.
