The Office of the Registrar supports and celebrates student success. We provide students and the campus community with support through the distribution of key information, high-quality service delivery and the maintenance of essential systems and processes. Our dedicated staff work in a myriad of areas including Student Recruitment, Admissions, Academic Records, Convocation, Customer Service, Fees, Financial Aid, Registration & Course Scheduling, Reporting, Student Systems, and Transfer Services at both our North and Lakeshore campuses. **Position Title**:Manager, International Admissions

**Status**: Full-Time Administration

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**: Office of the Registrar

**Campus/Location**: North and Lakeshore Campus must be comfortable working hybrid, a minimum of three (3) days on-site.

**Salary**: Hiring Range $73,536 - $91,920

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, New Student Enrolment the Manager, International Admissions is responsible for the oversight and management of International Admissions, and the international admissions team at all campuses. The Manager oversees the

coordination of training, career development, and equitable distribution of work workflow for the team. This role has a direct impact on the college’s success and reputation and supports Humber’s mission with respect to enrolment priorities. The Manager is an

expert resource on admissions policy and procedures. It is essential for the Manager to be knowledgeable in data analysis and interpretation to direct workflow that will meet enrolment and institutional priorities. The Manager provides campus-wide operational

leadership and oversight to support the achievement of international enrolment goals.

**What you bring to the role**

**Experience and Skills**:

- Requires 5 years of successful leadership experience in post-secondary education, preferably with enrolment management experience.
- Strong knowledge of student admission criteria from a post-secondary perspective and for individual programs
- Knowledge of current strategic international enrolment management and customer service ideologies
- Experience hiring, managing, motivating, mentoring, evaluating, and promoting the professional development of staff in a unionized environment.
- Superior intercultural skills.
- Knowledge of the College’s collective agreements, AODA, Human Rights and the Occupational Health and Safety Act is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Ministry Binding Policy Directive, PEQAB, and familiarly working within Academic Regulations
- Must be technologically savvy and must have experience with research, data analysis (including interpretation) and institutional reporting.
- Experience working within a Student Information Systems (SIS) and Communication Relation Management (CRM) systems
- Fluency in a specific second language other than English is an asset.

**Successful Applicants**:

- Must be comfortable working HYBRID, on-site and remotely as required.
- Must be comfortable working at multiple campuses each week
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and have a suitable and private workspace to take calls/meeting from home/remotely
