Transportation of bulk orders:

- Plan daily routes, dispatch trucks and plan the delivery of bulk orders to maximize their profitability with our transportation partners and internal departments.
- Ensure product availability and coordinate all bulk orders in SAP on a daily basis.
- Produce various reports on SAP and Excel.
- Validate filling orders to ensure proper cost management and profitability of transportation.
- Manage the VisioStock portal to ensure that customers do not run out of lubricants.

Transport logistics to customers (packages):

- Main point of contact for all issues related to the transportation of "packages".
- Ensure the validation of tariff agreements with our various partners in conjunction with the N+1.
- Verify transportation invoices daily, request corrections and follow up.
- Analyze and follow up on claims with our transportation partners.
- Perform evaluations of transportation suppliers.
- Assist in carrier contract negotiations.
- Prepare various reports in Excel/SAP.
- DEC/BAC in transportation logistics or equivalent combined with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Competence and knowledge of the ground transportation environment as well as the laws and regulations of this industry.
- Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of an MRP (SAP an asset).
- Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
- Organization, meticulousness, autonomy and team spirit.
- Bilingual French and English.
