Duties include:

- client database management.
- ability to work remote from home office.
- preliminary underwriting (you will be trained)
- documentation handling and compliance.( you will be trained)
- liaise with clients, lenders, underwriters, appraisers and lawyers.

You should have:

- working knowledge or Word, Excel.
- good organizational skills.
- good computer skills.
- experience in financial services is helpful but not vital.
- you must have good credit history.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
