Client Care Coordinator

We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Patient Care & Sales Coordinator for our Burlington, ON clinic located on Harvester Road . This full-time, permanent opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills looking to join a growing team.
What you'll do:
Act as the key point of contact for patients at our clinic with client-facing/front-desk responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients)Perform administrative tasks (processing payments, maintaining client files, ordering supplies, receiving incoming mail and packages)Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions with the goal of increasing sales and fostering loyalty to our services and productsParticipate in HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives (attending community-based events, marketing collateral drop-offs, networking with other healthcare providers)Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directedWhat we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacityExperience in a retail or sales-oriented environment is strongly preferredAn energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketingExcellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partnerProficiency with scheduling software and MS OfficeA valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred as the role will involve some work related (mileage is compensated) local travel to events/marketing engagementsWhat’s in it for you:
