**About the Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and register guests while delivering exceptional client experience during the visit
- Provide a brief overview of the company, featured development(s) and the surrounding neighborhood
- Update and maintain the CRM Database which includes data entry of client and contract information
- Collect, track and follow-up with deposits and other contract-related matters
- Prepare and manage Daily Traffic Reports for the Sales & Management Team
- Provide updates for Monthly Market (Competitor) Reports for the Sales & Management Team
- Assist with contract administration by auditing and processing purchase agreements and other legal documents
- Assist in coordination of sales and corporate events as required by Management
- Perform tasks related to Sales Operations such as opening and closing duties, supplies ordering, couriers and general maintenance of the Presentation Centre

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Education in an applicable field (real estate, marketing, sales, business administration)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales and/or Customer-Service oriented role
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs; especially Excel
- Strong, personable and confident in both verbal and written communication
- Flexibility to commute to various project locations throughout the GVRD
- Flexibility to work weekends (both Saturday/Sunday and holidays) as part of the five-day work week
- Fluent in English, secondary language is an asset but not required
- Experience in Salesforce or similar Customer Relations Management program is an asset but not required
