Checking Desk Lead

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
Double-check orders to ensure accuracy before they are processed and shipped.
Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer calls from the order desk, providing information on order statuses, product availability, and general support.
Distribute pick tickets to the warehouse picking team, ensuring all orders are picked in a timely and correct manner.
Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to address any discrepancies or issues with orders.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.
Provide input on ways to improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively with the warehouse team and other departments.
Prior experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or warehouse operations is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
