This position is an integral part of the clinic’s overall daily activities. The receptionist is responsible for all formal interactions with the patient, as well as for the general success of the business-client relationship. This lead position requires a good practical knowledge of customer service models used in the service industry, along with an ability to adapt to a multiservice environment and its constantly evolving needs. This position is comprised of two parts: creating exceptional experiences for clients, and generating revenue through retail sales. Other responsibilities include administrative support, answering patient’s calls and coordinating activities with top management. This position requires Russian language proficiency.

Opening the office and computers in the morning, checking messages, filling liquid nitrogen tanks.
- Producing reports on medical insurance cards for patients who will visit on the following day.
- Printing daily lists of patients and distributing them to physicians and staff.
- Answering the 4 telephone lines for incoming calls.
- Welcoming patients in the office to ensure that they are comfortable and that they will be seen in a timely fashion.
- Verifying patient registrations and creating files for new patients.
- Sorting the daily mail.
- Producing and delivering the billing statement to the RAMQ for patients seen on the previous day.
- Making direct billing for aesthetic services patients.
- Following up on bills rejected by the RAMQ with the family physician or the patient.
- Planning the appointments of referred patients and sending a fax to the attending physician.
- Following up on patients who missed their appointment and setting up another appointment.
- Printing and organizing promotional materials for the office.

Photography, videography, video editing, story and content making skills are an asset.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
