Regional Operations Leader

As we continue to expand across the country, we are looking for a Regional Operations Leader that will be based in Edmonton, Alberta.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure each store in his\her region operates to all Operation and Marketing standards
- Work to retrain and acquire new customers
- Successfully lead their assigned region
- Train new franchisees in our respective training locations
- Assist, develop, and perform training programs
- Plan, schedule, and lead new store openings
- Conduct store audits and visitations and correct any deficiencies
- Maintain active files on each restaurant in their respective territory
- Pass along knowledge of their region as it relates to competition, growth, and sales trends to the head office
- Work with new franchisees and ensure they are ready in all facets of the business
- Work and communicate with all departments to ensure success
- Participate and be on-site during the full process for a new restaurant and re-sale transfers
- Identify opportunities for new menu development, marketing, and operational improvements
- Assist with national marketing rollouts
- Ensure standards, as outlined in the Operations Manual, are achieved without compromise
- Maintain a proactive position for influencing positively the sales and profitability of each restaurant in his\her region
- Work with approved suppliers to ensure all products are properly handled
- Ability to deal with customer complaints
- Ability to multi-task and a keen problem solver that demonstrates a high level of situational thinking
- Meet financial and operational objectives
- Travel to restaurants in your appointed region as well as across the chain
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role is an asset
- Multi-unit QSR managerial experience required
- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to travel for extended periods of time
