**Job Description**:
This role is a 6-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position or renewal
- depending on the team's needs and business opportunities at the end of the mandate.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Gsoft resellers. The Sales Coordinator will support Channel Sales Managers and the Direct Sales team in addressing partner/reseller requests and system issues. You coordinate sales-related activities but are not responsible for selling products. You will:

- Support the Channel Account Managers in all reseller-related requests, order corrections and admin inquiries.
- Support direct sales teams with any questions regarding their current open opportunities, including resellers.
- Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries efficiently.
- Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the Channel Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and ability to prioritize;
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
