Manager, Continuing Education Programs

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic direction for continuing education programs to align with organizational goals and industry demands.
- Conduct regular assessments of program content, effectiveness, and market relevance, making data-driven decisions to enhance program offerings.
- Identify emerging trends and potential new program opportunities, collaborating with Program Managers and Curriculum Development for expansion.
- Ensure alignment between C&CE programs and other NAIT course/program offerings to create seamless learning pathways.
- Proactively seek out and recommend improvements to enhance our programming.
- Conduct ongoing reviews, evaluations, and revisions of program content to maintain relevancy, effectiveness, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Assist in developing annual marketing plans and promotional materials for the promotion of programs.
- Collaborate with various stakeholder groups within NAIT, fostering collaboration and cross-functional collaboration.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking feedback from stakeholders to enhance program excellence.
- Utilize your expertise in process and project management to elevate team performance.
- Create and implement process measures, controls, and metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Nurture a collaborative and supportive environment where each team member is empowered to contribute their best and collectively achieve shared goals.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to raise their growth and success.
- Represent Corporate & Continuing Education on NAIT working groups, contributing to institution-wide initiatives, and driving the department's visibility and impact.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
**Qualifications**:
- Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education work experience.
- Minimum 4 years related, progressive experience including supervisory/leadership experience in a post-secondary environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- High level of initiative, independence, and strategic thinking to drive program success.
**Remuneration**: $3,651.26- $4,837.35 biweekly, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
