We are seeking a professional sales Account Manager to generate sales by engaging in discussions with potential clients, organizing demonstrations or presentations, and cross selling. This sales professional will drive leads by uncovering business needs and building strong customer relationships.
This role will report to the VP of Sales, Canada.
**As the Account Manager, you will**:
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in our vendor portfolio, understanding the diverse range of vendor products carried, with structure, features, and pricing.
- Ensure prospects identification and qualification, driving leads by uncovering business needs and building strong customer relationships.
- Generate sales with Exclusive Network's established trading partners by responding to requests, engaging in discussions with potential clients, organizing demonstrations or presentations, cross selling, or other activities.
- Address problems or questions raised by partners with quick and accurate follow up.
- Work closely with all levels of operations, finance, and sales teams to provide the best possible service to partners.
- Ensure that the CRM database is up to date with the correct reporting status.
- Keep management informed of all important issues and/or during critical negotiations.
- Other duties as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

- A track-record for exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Knowledge of IT Industry and key Cybersecurity vendors
- Channel Experience
- Previous use of NetSuite or other CRM systems
