Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and administration
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as SAP, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Demonstrated experience in change management initiatives
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations

Pay: $55,366.51-$108,314.74 per year
