**About the Job**

**The impact you’ll have**
- Help businesses establish themselves as local experts with well-researched, topical, and original written content
- Conduct in-depth research to develop valuable content assets
- Able to create and speak to reports outlining fulfilled services and proof of performance
- Construct custom-written content based on specific objectives and audiences
- Attend white-label content calls with clients
- Maintain an ever-changing understanding of current content marketing trends and strategies

**The value you’ll bring**
- 1+ years of experience in writing based role
- Strong writing and editing skills are a must
- Digital marketing experience is an asset
- Confident taking calls with clients
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and emerging trends
- Proficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills internally and externally
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Experience with LMS courses or instructional design is an asset

**Responsible for the following KPIs**:

- # Blog posts and words completed
- # Blogs QA
- # Blogs revised
- # Blogs delivered
- # Webcopy words completed
- # Webcopy QA
- Content calls completed
