**IDEAL CANDIDATE**

The best digital marketing relies heavily on analytics, and we are looking for someone who is adept at tracking, reading and reporting on all aspects of SEO. Not only do you stay on top of the ever changing digital landscape, you are a good collaborator and work well with other team members to ensure we are providing the best services for our clients.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are seeking an SEO Specialist experienced at working with a team to set up efficient strategies with a range of budgets and outcomes.

The duties include:

- Develop custom optimization strategies that increase rankings for clients
- Conduct SEO keyword research and make appropriate keyword selection to maximize search visibility and results
- Work with team to set measurable goals to track successful marketing efforts
- Create and maintain regular reporting for internal and external use
- Monitor client site performance metrics to ensure that strategies are performing
- Collaborate with team members to integrate SEO into overall marketing strategies
- Aid in strategizing and quality assurance of all ad accounts at STEALTH when required.
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
- Use a range of tools to better understand marketing dynamics and strategies

**SKILLS AND EDUCATION**
- SEO - 5 years of experience (required)
- Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, SemRush, Ahrefs and other SEO tools
- The ability to determine success levels of various campaigns and KPIs and report on performance on a monthly basis.
- Post secondary credentials in Digital Media or similar an asset, but experience will be considered.
- Ability to communicate technical information to team members
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO best practices both on and off-page.
- Self motivated and ability to multitask on multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team setting and help the team where needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,997.58-$75,000.00 per year
