**Position Description**
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager and above, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with the administrative workload, which can include supporting the recruitment process, acting as liaison between employees and the HR department, and maintaining employee records. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in our day-to-day operations to ensure that the company’s HR needs and objectives are being met in order to maintain a positive relationship with all employees. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also support the store operations working as Cashier/Barista.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain and ensure that employee records are updated as necessary and are accurate.
- Collaborate with other HR personnel across different functions to ensure that company objectives are met.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Work minimum of 2 days as a cashier/barista
- Provide exceptional customer service; identify customer issues and/or complaints and handle them in a professional manner when working in the store front
- Prepare every drink in accordance with Real Fruit’s drinks formula and preparation techniques.
- Taste all drinks to ensure that they meet Real Fruit’s high-quality standards.
- Perform daily opening/closing procedures in accordance with Real Fruit’s standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Help with the preparation to drinks to facilitate the smooth and efficient operations of the store.

- Perform work in store as required.

- BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 1+ years of HR-related experienced required
- 1+ years of food experience is required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of provincial legislations and regulations associated with employment law
- Effective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
