- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) de projets pour l’encadrement, le soutien et le suivi des activités de recherche, afin de combler un poste permanent à temps complet au sein de l’équipe de la Direction des affaires universitaires, de l’enseignement et de la recherche (DAUER). L’emploi est localisé à l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale Douglas.

- Sous l’autorité de l’adjoint à la directrice des affaires universitaires, de l’enseignement et de la recherche (DAUER) et chef de l’unité de soutien et d’encadrement de la recherche, le/la titulaire du poste fournit une assistance professionnelle à la réalisation des divers mandats reliés à l’encadrement réglementaire de la recherche au sein de l’établissement ; supervise le processus menant à l’autorisation des projets, veille au suivi de la réalisation des activités de recherche et aide à la réalisation des projets au niveau des différents aspects méthodologique que cela implique.
- Le titulaire de ce poste se joindra à l’unité de soutien et d’encadrement de la recherche incluant le personnel assigné au comité d’éthique de la recherche avec qui il travaillera étroitement. Il devra acquérir une connaissance de tous les projets menés au sein de l’établissement et superviser la soumission de nouveaux projets, coordonner les démarches pour les appuyer puis les autoriser, et assurer un suivi rigoureux des activités de recherche tout en veillant aux respects de tous les cadres réglementaires applicables, autres que ceux relevant de l’éthique de la recherche.
- Le titulaire de ce poste sera une personne ressource pour les équipes de recherche et les directions ou départements médicaux participant à ces recherches. Il assurera une communication étroite entre ces deux groupes et veillera à ce que l’établissement soit constamment informé du bon déroulement des activités de recherche en son sein. Il appuiera les chercheurs dans le développement de leurs projets au sein de l’établissement et coordonnera les services d’aide concernant les aspects méthodologiques dans la mesure du possible.
- À la demande de la directrice de la DAUER ou de son adjoint, le titulaire pourra aussi, selon les besoins, fournir un soutien aux différents dossiers académiques et universitaires et participer à certaines initiatives développées par les centres de recherche. Il/elle disposera du soutien d’un agent administratif dans l’exercice de ses fonctions.
- Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, de 8h à 16h, possibilité de télétravail
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le titulaire du poste devra notamment:
- Prendre connaissance de tous les projets de recherche au moment de leur soumission et évaluer leur pertinence pour l’établissement;
- Offrir une aide technique pour la soumission des demandes, particulièrement auprès des nouveaux chercheurs et voir à la conformité des dossiers soumis;
- Initier et veiller au bon déroulement de l’examen de la convenance institutionnelle et coordonner l’obtention des approbations nécessaires à l’autorisation institutionnelle;
- Soutenir la personne mandatée dans l’exercice de ses fonctions;
- Assurer un lien de confiance étroit avec les équipes de recherche et se tenir constamment informer de l’état d’avancement des projets en cours de réalisation dans l’établissement;
- Assurer une communication entre les équipes de recherche, les directions et départements médicaux de l’établissement impliqués dans le projet;
- Aider les chercheurs dans la réalisation de leur projet de recherche en coordonnant l’accès aux ressources nécessaires et en apportant conseils concernant les aspects méthodologiques et les analyse ;
- Tenir à jour un registre des activités de recherche et produire des rapports d’activités de recherche destinés aux chercheurs, aux directions, aux départements médicaux et au bureau de la haute direction.
