**Key Responsibilities and Job Duties**:

- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet customer’s demand
- Assist in overall program/project planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modeled in project plans and timelines.
- Support the team during the creation of mandate, creation of epics/user stories/tasks, estimation of effort, adjustment, sprint planning, resource management, budget management
- Access the Agile maturity of the team and coach then to achieve higher levels, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable
- Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with best practices for Agile/Scrum software development.
- Responsible for building team collaboration, commitment towards achieving sprint objectives and viewing team needs above everything else.
- Maintain the backlog items and release plan
- Supporting and educating the product owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Facilitate getting the work done; support the team to remove roadblocks
- Collaborate with vendors and other internal and external parties to deliver solutions
- Create a working environment to facilitate adoption of Scaled Agile

**Key Competencies and Experience**:

- A Scrum Master Certification, Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering software products in a Scrum Master role.
- Experience as a Scrum Master within enterprise scale SDLC environments.
- Subject matter expert of Scrum in addition to extensive knowledge of Scaled Agile SAFe framework approach and practice.
- Experience with TFS and Jira project management tools and implementation of best practices in Agile tools and workflows.
- Understanding of Project Management Skills
- Hands on Jira, Confluence, Webex, Slack and O365 experience
- Strong technical and managerial leadership, teamwork, negotiating and technical decision-making skills
- _- _Excellent communications skills, written and oral, is required.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
