Reporting to and working closely with the Business Manager/ Project Manager of Creative Services, the coordinator is responsible for following through on given scope of work for projects, proposal writing and submission in conjunction with sales, sales operations, and business development. Upon adoption, the coordinator will be responsible for logístical project management including delegating assignments, scheduling of resources, and completion notification. Groups that you will interface with will include sports and live events, virtual set production team and dashboard and custom development teams.

**What the job is all about**:
Project Scheduling
- Working with the Creative Services Projects Manager (CSPM), the coordinator will be responsible for departmental resource ascertainment, assignments, and scheduling of resources using available scheduling systems. Planning and maintenance of the production calendar will be a key function of the position. They will also make scheduling improvement recommendations to the Business Manager.

Project Maintenance
- Using the departmental Project Management System (Basecamp), the coordinator will initiate projects, manage the project queue making changes and updates to the project as they evolve. The coordinator will have regular interaction with the CSPM and assignees to determine and report on progress and bottlenecks. They will assist the CSPM to liaise with clients and Ross Project Managers (PM), keeping them up-to-date on project status.

Project Support
- Creative Services uses a template to summarize completed projects. The template describes multiple creative and technical facets of each project. Working with the artists and PM’s, the coordinator will assist with completion of the project summary and associated project files. They will then liaise with Ross Technical Support and the client to ensure an understanding of project support, how to get help starting with technical support, and the trouble-ticket escalation process.

Project Completion
- Determining the completion of a project is a key component of the job. The coordinator will work with PM, CSPM, the assignee, and the client to determine when a job is finished. Upon determination the coordinator will initiate the collection process with accounts receivable, ensuring they have all of the data they need to both invoice the client and ensure 3rd party are paid in a timely manner.

eCommerce
- Ross Video has a growing eCommerce presence. Projects are initiated by Ross Creative Services, ARVS, and design partners. The coordinator will delegate and manage projects through the eCommerce process. Duties will include finalization of packages for effective marketing in our eCommerce space.

**Who you are**:

- Post-secondary degree or trade school diploma
- Knowledge of basic graphic design principles
- Basic knowledge of broadcast or live event experience
- Proficient with MS Office including Excel
- basic knowledge of broadcast graphics workflows
- Solid knowledge of broadcast production
- Basic knowledge of IT workflows
- Organized and very detail orientated
- Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work under mínimal supervision
