State Street’s Relationship Management team is responsible for actively managing State Street’s client accounts - this includes responsibility for account profitability, development of strategic account plans, supporting sales in new business opportunities, supporting the deployment of cost/process efficient operating models for their clients and day to day monitoring of client satisfaction.

**Who we are looking for**

The Project Management, Assistant Vice President (AVP) has responsibility to support the Canada CEO and Head of Canada Relationship Management (RM) by building and maintaining executive reporting and presentations, overseeing and maintaining Salesforce, providing governance over strategic initiatives and sales pipeline, supporting the relationship management team, performing ad hoc analyses, and ensuring Finance forecasts are accurate.

**What you will be responsible for**

As Project Management, AVP you will:

- Work with various stakeholders, including Canada senior management and sales and RM teams, to gather inputs to build executive reporting. Includes responsibility for the ongoing maintenance, gathering of updates, distribution, and improvement reports.
- Work with Canada senior management to prepare PowerPoint presentations on a regular and ad hoc basis, including SSTCC Canadian legal entity board strategy reporting.
- Manage all Canada entries into Salesforce, ensuring owners are making inputs in a proper and timely manner. Act as primary BU approver for all Canada entries.
- Work with Canada senior management to define, document, and govern key strategic initiatives. Includes maintaining a detailed inventory of initiatives by gathering updates from owners. Also provide governance over the Sales pipeline and Client Health Portal through regular governance meetings with Canada RMs and Sales teams.
- Perform regular analyses, including client pricing and benchmarking, market share calculations and revenue/asset trends. Also perform ad hoc analyses as required by Canada senior management.
- Participates in on-going training and development for professional growth.
- Be an SME and product champion for Salesforce in Canada and providing coaching/training to Canada users as required.
- Proactive in creating/updating Salesforce best practices, and exploring ways to automate Salesforce reporting to save time.
- Participate in working groups with stakeholders, owners, and developers of Salesforce and Client Health Portal to share user feedback and recommend improvements.
- Periodically review various reports and decks, and make improvements to the format and flow, using creativity for visual impact.
- Responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant procedures.

**Education and Preferred Qualifications**
- Business degree plus a minimum of 3 to 5 years related financial services or investment operations experience.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good Knowledge with Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of State Street internal systems is an asset.
