- Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs) at TD Bank Group contribute to the overall reputation of TD. As executives, AVPs help to set the ethical, organizational and performance standard for the teams they lead and exemplify how an effective performance and development culture functions day to day. An AVP is expected to guide his/her team, collaborating as appropriate with TD partners, to deliver superior results in both the short and long term.

- Reporting directly to the VP, Corporate and Public affairs with a dotted reporting relationship to the VP Next Evolution of Work, Change Management and Communications, the AVP will be accountable for:

- Leading the development and execution of an innovative, strategic communications and engagement strategy supporting TD's scaled agile transformation
- Designing and implement thoughtful, innovative, and forward-thinking approaches to communication that keep stakeholders informed and engaged through earned trust and complex stakeholder management.
- Simplifying highly complex change and make meaning for various audiences both internally and externally
- Leading a team of communications professionals supporting stakeholder engagement and communications, and advise a broad network of aligned communications colleagues across TD business lines
- Provide strategic counsel that drives brand for the transformation, positions leaders, and advances internal stakeholder's vision and objectives through speaking engagements, leadership meetings, announcements, and strategic communication campaigns.
- Work with a team of professional communicators to connect dots, drive alignment in messaging and support change for the program while building a compelling narrative for the enterprise.
