**Department Overview**
- Personal Banking Delivery Excellence is focused on supporting and guiding our branch banking teams in delivering Legendary experiences with every customer, every time. We ensure that employees have the right systems, tools, consistent processes, and support to efficiently execute their jobs, and in turn, deliver on Make it Personal - our Customer Experience Model. Working collaboratively alongside our Partners across TD on a variety of projects, we carefully craft every new initiative ensure seamless delivery to the field, executing with speed and impact.
- Reporting to the Vice President - Branch Performance & Network Strategy, the AVP - Branch Strategy & Network Planning will be accountable for:
- Owning the Branch Playbook and Go-To-Market strategy for PBDE while acting as a “thought-leader” and change agent to further advance the Bank’s approach to network planning.
- Developing a market and branch segmentation approach to support an integrated Market Planning Strategy to optimize growth market penetration.
- Partnering to implement market plans and supporting the understanding of current state & impact of planned changes and the evolving role of the branch in an omni-channel context.
- Determining the medium and long-term view of branch formats in the context of the evolving distribution landscape to introduce formats that are aligned to evolving customer behaviours and preferences.
- Proactively staying current with business priorities and responding to new market dynamics
- Gain agreement and funding to support plan implementation.
- Manage $168MM Capital and $375 Operating Expense plans for customer facing retail real estate network and ATM spend.
- Optimize the existing Network Planning framework to continuously evolve a market leading, comprehensive, and holistic long-term retail network including the branch hours strategy.
