**Job Description**:
Assist with the collection of accounts receivable and work with various stakeholders (Finance, Customer Success, Sales) to resolve collection issues
Use the database to find appropriate point of contact and reach out to obtain outstanding purchase orders.
Help team with entering payables into the system

**Qualifications**:
A University, College and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Bookkeeping and/or Business Administration or a related field would be considered an asset
3-5+ years experience
Knowledge of and competency using Netsuite considered an asset
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Customer service orientation
