**About the Company**

Founded in 1928, TST-CF Express provides LTL service within Canada from 22 locations and between Canada and the U.S. through its strategic partnership with Saia LTL Freight. Currently we are hiring Customer Service Representative for Toronto operations.

**We are offering a signing bonus of $1500 (ask for more details)**

**Shift Hours: Monday to Friday**
- Mornings
- 08:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. _
- Nights
- 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. _

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Booking Pick ups for high volume customer
- Investigate and resolve service failures, collaborate with appropriate departments to prevent reoccurrences
- Processing all accessorial charges
- Help in OS&D Operations when required
- Manage and document customer complaints

**Qualifications Required**
- Strong service ethic, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Knowledge of Google workspace, Oasis and AS/400 system an asset
- Intermediate skills in MS office
- Resourceful and good problem-solving skills
- Experience in the transportation industry an asset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.38 per hour

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
