We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Coordinator to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Billing Supervisor, this position is responsible for assisting the daily finance operations of the firm.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various billing/time reports and account invoices
- Process transaction adjustments and account transfers
- Review and distribute weekly reports
- Verify all invoices and backup information are uploaded to archive site
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a customer service role with a focus on data entry
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume, professional services firm
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, while still abiding by our accuracy standards
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A flexible and adaptable team player
- Ability to learn new software and processes
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products and intermediate level Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint are an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
