About the Firm/Role
Based in downtown Toronto, this established law firm is actively seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their firm on a permanent basis. This role calls for 1+ year of experience in a legal accounting capacity combined with a solid understanding of Aderant or 3E.

Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include preparing client accounts in a timely manner by preparing reports, creating prebills on-demand, and assisting with special billing requests. Responding to and resolving queries about the billing process, invoices, billing templates, and billing issues.

What You Bring
This position would be suitable for someone with a minimum of 1 year of billing experience in a legal or professional firm.
