En tant qu'assistant administratif au bureau principal du Comité Jeunesse NDG, vous serez un élément clé dans le soutien à l'organisation.

Ce poste requiert de veiller à ce que les opérations quotidiennes se déroulent de manière efficace et nécessite une personne minutieuse, flexible et tournée vers l'avenir, capable de s'épanouir dans un environnement axé sur une mission.

**Responsabilités**
- **Gestion de bureau**: superviser les opérations de bureaux, y compris l'organisation des dossiers, le maintien des fournitures de bureau et garantir un environnement propre et professionnel.
- **Communications**: correspondance entre les membres de la communauté et les canaux adéquats, ainsi qu'avec les centres communautaires et d'autres organisations.
- **Saisie de données et tenue de dossiers**: Assurez la bonne tenue des enregistrements relatifs aux informations nécessaires, aux notes de réunion et procès-verbaux, ainsi qu'à d'autres données essentielles et confidentielles.
- **Soutien financier**: Aidez à des tâches de comptabilité de base, telles que le traitement des paiements et la préparation des factures.
- **Tâches administratives générales**: Répondez aux appels téléphoniques, aux courriels, accueillez les visiteurs, gérez le courrier et traitez les demandes générales.

**Rémunération et informations complémentaires**
- Plage salariale horaire de 20 $ à 25 $ de l'heure
- Poste à temps plein

In your role as an administrative assistant at the main office of Comité Jeunesse NDG, you will be essential in providing support to the organization.

This position involves overseeing that daily operations function efficiently. It calls for an individual who is meticulous, flexible, and forward-thinking, thriving in a mission-driven setting.

**Responsibilities**
- **Office management**: oversee office operations, including organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a clean and professional environment.
- **Communications**: correspondence between members of the community and the appropriate channels, as well as with the community centres and other organizations.
- **Data entry and record keeping**: Maintain accurate records of necessary information, meeting notes and minutes, and other essential and confidential data.
- **Financial support**: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing payments and preparing invoices.

**Compensation and Additional Information**
- Hourly wage range of $20 - $25 per hour
- Full time position
- One year contract (ending in December 2025) with possibility of renewal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
