**About the Role**:

**Leadership and Management**
- Team Coaching and Management_**:

- Mentor and coach inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote high morale and productivity.
- Handle team conflict resolution and promote effective communication within the team.
- Sales Process Management:_
- Oversee and refine the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement sales best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations during the sales process.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline sales operations and resolve any issues.
- Task and Time Management:_
- Allocate tasks and set priorities for the inside sales team.
- Develop schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Manage workload distribution to avoid burnout and ensure balanced team productivity.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and meet deadlines.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings to review progress and address any roadblocks.

**Strategy and Direction**
- Key Account Development:_
- Identify and target key accounts with high growth potential.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver customized solutions for key accounts.
- Key Opportunity Strategy:_
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify key opportunities.
- Develop strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities and gain competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of opportunity strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
- Track and report on the progress of key opportunities to senior management.
- Campaign Direction and Execution:_
- Plan and oversee the execution of sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Develop campaign goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize future campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress and outcomes.

**Pipeline and Account Plan Management**
- Pipeline Velocity:_
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Implement strategies to accelerate the movement of prospects through the sales funnel.
- Track and analyze pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Provide regular pipeline reports and forecasts to senior management.
- B.I. Win Maps:_
- Utilize business intelligence tools to create win maps and identify patterns in successful deals.
- Analyze data to uncover insights that can inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Develop win maps that highlight key factors contributing to successful sales outcomes.
- Train the sales team on how to leverage win maps to improve their performance.
- Continuously update win maps based on new data and changing market conditions.
- Product Opportunity Matrixes:_
- Develop product opportunity matrices to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and purchase history to suggest relevant products and solutions.
- Collaborate with product management to align sales strategies with product development.
- Train the sales team on how to use opportunity matrices to increase sales.
- Monitor the effectiveness of opportunity matrices and adjust them as needed to optimize results.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in short daily WIP meetings.
- Participate in daily meetings with Inside Sales representatives.
- Participate in sales and one-on-one meetings with the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer focus
- Associate degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support/ knowledge of the sales department.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM databases and SharePoint platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, statistical modeling, and forecasting software.
