We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, a quick learner, able to multitask, works well in a team setting, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duty Include
- Assist Office manager with these Key responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquiries.
- Work closely with manager to analyze and address customer needs
- Schedule appointments and follow-up.
- Work local trade shows with sales team when needed.
- Handle general office duties.
- Be a people person and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Be professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Be experienced in MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel and Quick books.
- Have excellent communication and business writing skills.
- Have strong multi-tasking skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Be responsible and reliable. - Have quick decision-making skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
