**About the Role**:
A Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that their designated production cells meet production requirements. The Team Leader will complete the task of maintaining the installed measures.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- The Team Leader must be capable of doing all the jobs in the cells assigned.
- _ Ensure that established OEE quality/availability/performance standards are achieved within designated cells and workstations._
- _ Ensure that operators use standard work and associated tools to meet standards._
- _ Maintain, post, and report on the critical cell measures (OEE, parts available hour, 5S audits and corrective action.)_
- Train all new operators and make sure all operators understand and adhere to Standard Work and all required practices.
- Seeks out and corrects acts or conditions, ensuring all safety and non-safety rules and regulations are followed.
- Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.

**Your preferred qualifications**:

- Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent is an asset.
