Sales and Marketing Specialist

Prime Healthcare is a fast growing healthcare staffing agency that provides staffing needs in Canada in a timely manner. We are currently looking for sales and marketing personnel to join our team.
- You are comfortable handling inbound or outbound calls.

- Fluent in English and excellent writing skills
- Fluency in French is a plus.
- Assist with closing business and moving opportunities along in the sales cycle.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals with minimum supervision.
- You Seek, identify, follow up and close contracts on leads and opportunities that
- have been provided or that you generate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service approach
- Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced,dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to communicate clients with solutions
- Ability to negotiate, pricing, financing, and alike
- You have a proven track record of driving growth through delivery of marketing initiatives.
- You will enjoy working in a small, startup culture with a sleeves-rolled up approach to getting involved in all areas of the business and brand building.
- Excellent copy-writing ability with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have experience in driving sales through digital channels, and also face to face and direct marketing initiatives
- You have a customer-focused mindset, ensuring the delivery of quality output on time and to budget.
- A self-starter, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- You have a mix of creative and analytical skills
- Able to develop new innovative marketing activities with strong quantitative analytical skills to review and act on the results.
- You are able to work across multiple teams both internally, externally and internationally.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Social Media**
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Manage all social properties (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Report on progress using analytics tools to track
- Drive online business awareness, create and execute paid media advertising strategies across various digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
**Inbound and Outbound calls**
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold call
- Make 10-15 outbound calls per shift.
**Ad management**
- Manage and deploy ads across Google and Social platforms
- Report, analyse and track improvements / changes to MGMT
**Website Properties**
- Utilize website analytics to generate customer insights, optimize customer experience, and improve conversion rates, revenue per visit, and customer retention.
- Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the healthcare industry.
- Manage Google business profiles
**Content Management**
- Manage photo library, collateral and all brand assets for the company use
- Oversee creative content development for all digital channels (social media and otherwise), planning content 30, 60, or 90 days in advance.
- Optimize content for digital platforms and implement a captivating visual identity that aligns with our brand strategy and market positioning.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, including advertising formats, channels, and emerging technologies, and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
**SEO**
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engine rankings by staying up to date with the latest trends in technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Experienced and comfortable with Inbound and Outbound calls
- Education in marketing or a related field
- Experience as a digital marketer in media, marketing, or advertising with a focus on social media marketing
- Experience in technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies with a proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, and experience with keyword research and analysis.
- Proven experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
- Strong project management skills with experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical, strategic, innovative, and creative.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Knowledge of computer program: Word, excel and PowerPoint, and social media
