Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper

Every Monday 10am to 8pm

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance financial records.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; filing reports; and advising management on needed actions.
- Process invoices and follow up on late payments.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to prepare for tax season and audits.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling finances.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Part-Time Schedule:

- Approximately 10 hours per week.

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
