Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process accounts payable and manage vendor invoices
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Utilize Xero accounting software to record and track financial transactions
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify balances and resolve discrepancies
- Perform account analysis to identify trends and variances
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Sage
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, accounts payable, and payroll processing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting principles
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $20.05-$29.61 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
