**RECEPTION FULL TIME**

**Salary**: $18.00 -$20.00/hour based on experience
Location: 15 Mountainview Rd N, Georgetown
Reports To: Office Manager

**We are seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our Team**

The Receptionist’s role is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, to deliver prompt and courteous service and demonstrate the utmost professionalism as the front-line staff within the dealership.

**Hours**: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

**What we are seeking in YOU**:

- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in a retail setting
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Solid organization and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity in answering a multi-telephone line system
- Must have a valid Ontario G class driver's license

**What YOU will be doing**:

- Answer a multi-line telephone system for the dealership and forward calls & take messages accordingly, whilst following the Georgetown Kia receptionist expectations
- Accurately record time and attendance by punching in and out on the biometric time record keeping system
- The New Car Sales Manager(s) and the General Manager MUST be kept informed regularly of any continual problems or irregularities in any aspect of the position (whether it is a problem with dealership or manufacturer personnel, the D.C.S computer, or any item or person related to this job function)
- Must maintain all records and associated data (including back-up) in an organized and easily accessible manner
- Create receipts according company procedure using Reynolds generated receipts and
- Create customer numbers within the Reynolds system
- Create lease portfolio files for all vehicles sold as retail leases by making copies of the lease documents to be kept in file folders organized by customer's last names and files in designated area
- Assist the F&I office with vehicle licensing, sending documents via courier to banks and other financial institutions, and any other various duties
- Assist the accounting department in any duties assigned to you from time-to-time
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log book recording all transactions with couriers when forwarding documents
- Assist with sales department when needed, including greeting customers
- Any other duties as assigned

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
