**RECEPTION PART TIME**

**Salary**: $17.50-$19.00/ HR
Location: 15 Mountainview Rd N, Georgetown
Reports To: Office Manager

**We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our Team**

The Receptionist’s role is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, to deliver prompt and courteous service and demonstrate the utmost professionalism as the front-line staff within the dealership. The receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers, providing a welcoming environment both in person and over the phone.

**Hours**: Monday & Wednesday Evening 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm and alternating Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm & Sunday 12:00pm - 5:00pm

**What we are seeking in YOU**:

- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills, including clear and professional phone manner
- Ability to multi task and manage a busy reception area efficiently
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability
- Professional appearance and manner
- Solid organization and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity in answering a multi-telephone line system
- Must have a valid Ontario G class driver's license

**What YOU will be doing**:

- Greet and welcome all guests with a positive, professional demeanor
- File and sort invoices for Parts and Service as required on a daily basis
- Preparation of key tags and windshield stickers, maintenance of Keyper system i.e. programming incoming keys, collecting and deprogramming delivered key pegs
- Prepare vehicle dockets for the sales department to be filed in designated area
- Assist the accounting department in any duties assigned to you from time-to-time which include filing & data entry
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log book recording all transactions with couriers when forwarding documents
- Maintain plate log, along with reporting it daily/nightly
- Posting of gas receipts
- Prepare deal folders for sales department
- Stock in new and used vehicles
- Assist with sales department when needed, including greeting customers
- Any other duties as assigned
