**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B events, including trade shows, seminars, partner events, and webinars, from conception to completion.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and signage.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of event objectives with overall business goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and exhibitors to maximize participation and sponsorship opportunities.
- Implement lead management processes to capture, track, and nurture leads generated from events, ensuring seamless integration with the sales funnel.
- Analyze event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and ROI, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management and marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience working in a fast paced startup or scale up environment
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful B2B events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful events.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
