**Responsibilities**:
Supporting role to the Regional Director and Operations as a point of contact for area issues or concerns
Manage the workflow of the Regional Administrative team to ensure the effective use of resources and general coordination of operations administrative support, including but not limited to Regional Administrative tasks, Renovation Program tasks, Site Paperwork tasks, Office management tasks
Support area site leaders as requested including, but not limited to market rent adjustments, suite designation requests and building information updates
Meet customer walk-ins to office and address any operation related concerns

**Experience and Educational Requirements**:
Previous office management experience is an asset
Post-secondary education is required
Knowledge of internal systems an asset

**Technical Requirements**:
Advanced computer skills; Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs
Ability to learn internal systems

**Non-Technical Requirements**:
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to fellow associates
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain utmost confidentiality at all times Proven analytical skills
Excellent listening and telephone skills
Effective organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently and with other associates in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills)
Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
