At **SMS Equipment**, our **Regional Sales Coordinator** is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Representatives with administering construction and forestry sales and a regional level. In this role, the **Regional Sales Coordinator** works closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the Central Sales Administration to ensure all equipment deals are correct. This position is in **Edmonton, AB**.

The salary range for this position is **$56,000 - $65,000.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Act as the liaison between branches, sales representatives, and central sales administration to assist in processing equipment and attachment sales.
- Assist Sales Representatives with specific questions on equipment configuration details and the use of the CRM Quoting tool.
- Monitor the Equipment on the Move Report daily for equipment and attachments that have arrived at the Branch.
- Requests Equipment Receipt Document from Central Sales Administration when equipment arrives at Branch.
- Prepare Bills of Lading for equipment being released as it relates to their Region’s Sales.
- Coordinate transportation of equipment and attachments for Interbranch transfers including completion of Bill of Lading and Equipment Movement Memo in eXtend.
- Set up work orders in eXtend for PDI, Equipment Assembly and customer specific rig up including Rig & Ready.
- Review work orders to ensure these are closed at the fixed amount per the cost work sheet and that no adjustments have been made.
- Complete a detailed review of the Sales Quote and CRM Deal Sheet to ensure the details match exactly to the signed Sales Agreement prior to submission to Central Sales Administration.
- Daily review of deal status to ensure customer delivery requirements will be met.
- Set up General Purchase Orders related to equipment and attachments deals.
- Receive General Purchase Orders and code invoices for payment and remit to Accounts Payable.

**Qualification**:

- Ability to work constructively and positively across departments to ensure the needs of the organization are achieved.
- Strong customer service skills for working with internal and external customers.
- Advanced knowledge of computer software i.e., Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with strict deadlines and tight schedules is required.
- Extreme attention to detail and follow well established processes.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- Equipment Distribution (or a related industry) experience is an asset.
