**About the role**

Nous cherchons un Agent service à la clientèle II pour notre équipe grandissante
**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:
Répondre aux appels d'urgence des assurés sinistrés et ouvrir, au besoin des dossiers de réclamations en automobile et en habitation.
Répondre de manière professionnelle aux appels afin de prendre en charge nos assurés.
Gérer les situations d'urgences de manière courtoise et respectueuse.
Recommander nos partenaires d’affaires aux clients (compagnie de location/ carrossier/service d’urgence/entrepreneur).
Documenter les demandes reçues en tenant compte des normes et procédures établies.
Consulter, interpréter, vérifier, corriger et mettre à jour les divers documents et données.
**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:
Au moins 6 mois d’expérience en centre d’appel
Bilingue un atout : Excellent communicateur autant en français qu’en anglais. Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle anglophone et des collègues partout au pays.
Passionné par le service à la clientèle
À l’aise avec les systèmes informatiques
Capacité à suivre les procédures et à appliquer une approche flexible lorsque cela est nécessaire.
