As the Quality Manager within the Pomerleau Building team, you will be responsible for quality assurance and control tasks on the construction site to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements of large-scale construction projects - ranging from 1.5 million dollars to over one billion dollars.

**What You Will Do**
- Assist the project team in preparing the quality plan and ensure its implementation;
- Ensure the follow-up of TQA (Technical Questions and Answers) correspondence by the project team and provide the necessary support for follow-ups;
- Ensure that the TQA are documented on the construction plans (annotated in red) and provide the necessary support for follow-ups;
- Manage and/or verify the compliance of shop drawings and other technical documents submitted in collaboration with the project team;
- Verify the execution procedures necessary for the project issued by engineering and monitor the methods proposed by subcontracting partners, in collaboration with engineering;
- Conduct and coordinate inspections with the various stakeholders independently in accordance with contractual requirements;
- Verify the implementation of technical changes communicated by the professionals;
- Support the project team during the closure of a milestone or the project;

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Hold a bachelor's degree or a diploma in construction, architecture, or civil engineering;
- Have relevant experience in the field of construction and quality management;
- Having knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software;
- Possess an excellent analytical and communication ability
- Great motivation
- Autonomous
- Geographic mobility
