**Position Overview**:
Join our dynamic team at Hart Entertainment Inc., where you will be at the heart of ensuring seamless event operations, fostering strong client relationships, and coordinating successful events. As the Event Operations Coordinator & Client Relations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the events and entertainment industry.
- Maintain and develop excellent client relationships as the main point of contact for event confirmations and inquiries.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and processes including scheduling event staff.
- Coordinate event logistics and collaborate closely with sales, operations, and events teams to ensure successful execution.
- Providing event planning support, including post-event follow-ups and client communication.
- Coordinate with third-party marketing partners on campaigns and serve as the main point of contact.
- Become an expert on our extensive product line, such as our photobooth collection, Virtual reality, arcade games, and inflatables
- Track photobooth inventory and handle logistics for photobooth events, including logo creation and photo gallery retrieval for clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for bookings and managing the company's relationship with all vendors and event performers.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment.

**Your Qualifications Should Include**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in client servicing or office management in a **busy **office environment, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- BA degree or industry experience.
- Strong communication both oral and written, critical thinking, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience providing administrative assistance to multiple team leaders.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for event attendance.
- Proficient with computers and a quick learner.
- Outgoing personality with a solution-oriented approach to stressful situations.
- Experience with Canva and event planning tools is a plus.
- Having a creative eye to create promo decks and flyers.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, encompassing attentive listening, timely responsiveness, and a commitment to professional, customer-focused interaction in all circumstances.
- Proficiency in information technology.
- Adaptability to extend working hours as necessary.
