Sales Enablement Manager, Hybrid

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales training programs to onboard new sales team members and continuously improve the skills of the existing team.
- Create and curate sales content, including sales collateral, product guides, and competitive intelligence materials, to support the sales process.
- Analyze and improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience atleast 5y experience in sales enablement, sales training or a related role, demonstrating strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, showcasing strong project management skills.
- A detail-oriented and results-driven approach to your work.
