Department: Canada Marketing

Position Overview:
This position reports to the Marketing Manager. Works to support the needs of the Insulet Canada Commercial Team. Responsible for coordination and management of support and liaison activities between the Commercial Team and the external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Marketing team with budget and spend management, ensuring timely processing of payments and oversight of necessary accruals.
- Manage Marketing vendor statements of work and related purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate the submission, approval and execution of Marketing and Sales sponsorships and speaker events.
- Support the approval, printing and availability of promotional materials for the field sales team.
- Coordinate and manage external events and conferences in partnership with Marketing management.
- Ability to be flexible handling priority activities to support the Commercial Team.
- Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Three years’ experience in field/office management role

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, managerial organizational skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and create innovative solutions to support the Commercial Team.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Very strong computer skills to include, but not limited to Salesforce, SAP, Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel.

Physical Requirements (if applicable): This position may require up to 10% travel to facilitate key meetings and events.

NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 1x/week; may work remotely other days). #LI-Hybrid
